Growth Lead

THE JOB
We're an AI-native company building AI companions. You'll own growth end-to-end. That means figuring out how to acquire users profitably, keep them around, and get them to tell their friends. We use Claude, Claude Code, and other AI tools for everything here, so if you're not already living in these tools daily, this probably isn't the right fit.
We're a small team that moves fast. You'll work with people who want to win. But you'll also be expected to actually do the work, not just strategize about it.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- • Run paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok, Google. Keep CPI low.
- • Build content pipelines with Claude and video generation tools
- • Figure out what creatives convert and make more of those
- • Study our funnels constantly. Find the leaks. Fix them.
- • Run experiments fast.
- • Build on TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, wherever users are
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- • You already use Claude, Midjourney, Runway daily. We move fast and need people who can hit the ground running.
- • You've scaled something before. Show us the numbers.
- • You know what CPI, CAC, and LTV mean and how to move them
- • You can look at a funnel and tell us where it's broken
- • You'd rather ship something imperfect today than perfect next month
- • Based in Indonesia or Singapore, or willing to move
Experience
- • 3-5+ years doing growth, marketing, or similar
- • Actual results you can point to (not just "I was on the team")
- • Familiar with PostHog, Amplitude, or similar analytics
- • SEA experience is a plus but not required
TOOLS WE USE
- • Claude Opus 4.5, Claude Code for copy, analysis, automation
- • Midjourney, Flux for ad creatives
- • Runway, Pika, Kling for video
- • Make, n8n for connecting things
- • PostHog, Amplitude for analytics
If you don't know these yet, you'll need to learn quickly.
