Digital Marketing Manager

Run our marketing. Make things that work.
THE JOB
You'll be the one actually doing marketing, not managing people who do marketing. The Growth Lead sets direction, you execute. That means running ads, making creatives, writing copy, editing videos, and shipping content every single day.
We use AI for everything. Claude for writing and analysis. Midjourney and Flux for images. Runway for video. If you're not already using these tools, you'll be behind from day one.
This is hands-on work. If you want to sit in meetings and review other people's work, this isn't it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- • Run ads on Meta, TikTok, Google. Watch CPI like a hawk.
- • Make creatives with AI. Test them. Kill what doesn't work. Make more of what does.
- • Study our funnels. Understand where users drop off and why.
- • Build content for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram
- • Test constantly. More tests = more learnings = better results.
- • Track the numbers. CPI, CAC, LTV. Know what's working.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- • You use Claude or similar AI tools every day already
- • You've actually run ads yourself, not just watched someone else do it
- • You get why some creatives convert and others don't
- • You can write copy, do basic design, edit video
- • You try things without asking permission first
- • Based in Indonesia or Singapore, or willing to move
- • You know SEA internet culture
Experience
- • 2-4 years in marketing, ads, or content
- • Actually ran campaigns yourself (show us)
- • Results you can point to
- • Gaming, social, or AI experience is a plus
TOOLS WE USE
- • Claude Opus 4.5, Claude Code for writing and automation
- • Midjourney, Flux for images
- • Runway, Pika, CapCut for video
- • Canva for quick stuff
- • Make, n8n for automation
